Appointments
Appointments can be booked by WhatsApp or phone. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient.
Payment
Fixed prices are confirmed before your visit where applicable. Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless other arrangements have been agreed with the clinic. Instalment options through Tabby and Tamara are available for eligible services.
Insurance
Please confirm your coverage and any required approvals with your insurance provider ahead of your visit. Coverage varies by policy and provider.
