What happens at your assessment
1. Private consultation
Dr Faiza listens to your history – including anything you have already tried – with the time and privacy these concerns deserve.
2. High vaginal swab
Identifies the organism causing your symptoms, so treatment targets the actual problem instead of guessing.
3. Your treatment plan
Dr Faiza explains what was found and recommends the right treatment for your case – clearly, before anything begins.
Treatment – vaginal wash sessions
Where treatment is needed, Dr Faiza may recommend clinical vaginal wash sessions – a gentle in-clinic treatment performed by our team. Each session is AED 299, and your doctor will advise how many sessions your case needs. Treatment can usually begin the same day as your assessment.
Please note: the swab identifies infection – it does not check cervical cells. Cervical screening is a separate quick test (Pap smear – AED 299) that can be done at the same visit if you wish.
Why infections keep coming back
If an infection returns, it usually means the original cause was never properly identified. Different organisms need different treatment, and repeated self-treatment with pharmacy products can make the balance worse. Identifying the cause first is why cause-based treatment succeeds where symptom-only treatment has failed – and it is exactly what your assessment is built around.
