Good to know
- Bring your Emirates ID and insurance card to every visit.
- Most plans cover consultations and treatment after a diagnosis. Preventive health packages are usually self-pay – we keep them at fixed prices, with Tabby and Tamara instalments available.
- Approvals for some tests and procedures can take time – we will tell you at booking if your plan needs one.
- Not sure about your plan? Send a photo of your insurance card on WhatsApp and we will check your eligibility before your visit.
Specialist referrals – DOH Clinical Gateway
In Abu Dhabi, some insurance plans – including Thiqa – use the Department of Health’s Clinical Gateway e-referral system, which asks for a GP assessment before a specialist consultation is covered. Our General Practitioners, Dr Sammi Shaheen and Dr Benny Samuel, can see you, complete the assessment and issue the specialist e-referral to Dr Faiza Irshad, Specialist Gynaecologist – usually in the same visit. If your plan needs a referral, we handle it for you at the clinic.
