How we work, what your visit includes, and what to expect on prices, results, insurance and privacy. If anything here is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp or at reception – we would rather answer twice than have you unsure.
Appointments
Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment time, and bring your Emirates ID – and your insurance card if you are using insurance.
If you need to reschedule, let us know at least four hours in advance and we will do our best to move you. Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect our ability to hold future slots for you.
Consultations and consent
Every examination, procedure and treatment is explained to you before it begins, and your consent is taken first.
Please tell your doctor about any medical condition, allergy, medication or supplement you are taking – and let us know if you are, or may be, pregnant before any scan, test or treatment.
Prices and packages
Package prices cover only the items listed for that package. Any additional tests, treatments, medicines or follow-up visits your doctor recommends are charged separately, and will always be explained to you before they are carried out.
Packages are for the named patient and cannot be transferred. Instalment payment is available through Tabby and Tamara.
Results and follow-up
Laboratory results are reviewed and explained by your doctor rather than issued as a report for you to interpret alone. Turnaround times vary by test, and our team will tell you when to expect yours.
Please attend your follow-up visit even if you feel well. Results only help you when they are acted on.
Insurance
Cover depends on your individual plan. Most plans cover consultation and treatment after a diagnosis, while preventive screening packages are usually self-pay. Some plans require approval before certain tests or procedures.
We will check your eligibility at booking wherever possible, but final cover is decided by your insurer. See our insurance page for the plans we work with.
Privacy and confidentiality
Your records, results and everything you discuss stay confidential between you and your clinical team. They are shared outside the clinic only with your consent, or where the law requires it.

Individual results
Every patient is different. Your doctor will explain what to realistically expect in your case, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Emergencies
We are an outpatient clinic and do not provide emergency care. If you have heavy bleeding, severe pain, a high fever, reduced baby movements in pregnancy, or any sudden serious symptom, call 998 for an ambulance or go directly to your nearest hospital emergency department.
